These terms apply to your use of rndteams.com and to enquiries you make through it. R&D Teams is a brand of Mountain Crest Agency - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("R&D Teams", "we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide AI engineering services to businesses: AI agents and GenAI systems, and AI platform and MLOps engineering. The information on this website describes those services in general terms. It is not an offer that can be accepted.

Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work, signed by both parties. That agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and ownership of work product. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement prevails.

Fees and payment

We do not take payments through this website, and we never ask for card details here.
Initial consultation calls are free of charge.
Fees for an engagement are agreed in writing before work starts and are invoiced as set out in the written agreement. Prices mentioned on this website, such as typical engagement sizes, are indicative only.
Invoices are payable by the method and within the period stated on the invoice. Fees exclude any applicable taxes, which are added where the law requires.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for each engagement are set out in its written agreement. Where the agreement does not address them:

Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice by email.
You pay for work performed, and for expenses you approved, up to the date the engagement ends.
We refund any fees you prepaid for work not yet performed within 30 days of the end date, to the original payment method.
Free consultation calls can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time using the link in your booking confirmation.

To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected]. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Partner products we promote

We are currently working with Shotgun Keyboard to promote its Mac app. We do not sell that app or any other partner product, and we do not take payment for it. Shotgun Keyboard is sold by Seven Sigma Group LLC through shotgunkeyboard.com. Its price, payments, refunds and support are covered by the seller's terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's written agreement.

Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.

Third-party links and statistics

This website links to other websites and services, such as Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Market statistics on this site come from the third-party sources cited next to them. They are not our own results.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" for general information. It is not professional advice for your situation, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for services we provide is governed by the written agreement for those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Changes do not affect written agreements already signed.
